Plus I'm at a cabin on one of northern Wisconsin's lovely lakes this week! Why discombobulate when I can pontoon or just have a beverage and hear the loons call.
It will be debilitatingly stupid. And largely pointless, other than getting to see how debased and irrelevant to normal life the Reputation political process has become.

Agreed with the other comments. I couldn't subject myself to the combination of lies and debasing that is going to take place. Is there anything interesting about watching a bunch of hacks who have no chance of replacing the GOP cult leader try to out do each other's version of "liberals are destroying America" rap? It's all too depressing. And yet, I look forward to Dan's reporting on it.

I really want to listen to the debate, but not give ratings to Fox or the RNC. I probably will watch it after...
