We had elections for school board & city council here. Both were lively, but civil, and it was...nice. The only robo texts I've received were advocating for an "uninstructed" vote.
So on uninstructed, 8.3% of the democratic primary voters are (assuming a 52(D)-48(R) split in the state) about 4% of the Wisconsin electorate. On the GOP side, we just saw just over 20% of primary voters refuse to vote for Trump, equal to about 10% of the Wisconsin electorate.
Given this, what is the actual incentive for Biden to move to the far left rather than try and pick up voters from the anti-MAGA majority?
