I voted early via absentee ballot and was appalled at these questions and how they were worded. I did research before voting but anyone at the ballot box seeing them for the first time will most likely not understand the implications or even what the amendments say.
Am I mistaken that either of these passing would trigger a state Constitutional Convention at which Republicans could do much more than just change this? Or is that only at the federal level?

These are separate initiatives Mark. The first two questions on the ballot are only in reference to cash bail.
