I’ve been going back to the “fair maps” I drew up after 2020, and ironically, I have the 8th getting a lot safer for Knodl, because I have it staying entirely in Washington, Waukesha and Ozaukee counties.
The trade-off is that those North shore MKE Co suburbs are put into Senate 4/Assembly 10, and that Senate District 5 is mostly in Milwaukee Co (and likely flips Dem) because Wauwatosa isn’t split into 4 Assembly seats.
