EVENT: Join us for "Recombobulation LIVE!"
The Recombobulation Area is hosting a live podcast event on Wednesday, July 10, at Anodyne's Walker's Point Roastery, discussing the RNC in Milwaukee and more. Be there!

The Recombobulation Area is thrilled to announce that we are hosting a live podcast event!
Join us at Anodyne Coffee’s Walker’s Point Roastery on Wednesday, June 10, for a live conversation featuring Dan Shafer, founder of The Recombobulation Area, along with award-winning contributors Angela Lang, executive director of Black Leaders Organizing for Communities (BLOC), and Philip Rocco, political science professor at Marquette University.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the live podcast will begin at roughly 6:30 p.m., and the event will run until 8 p.m. It is free — that’s right, FREE! — to attend.
The event will be held just days before the Republican National Convention begins in Milwaukee, so of course, the convention will be one of our main topics of conversation. Each of us has written at length about the RNC — read here and here and here — so there will be much to discuss.
Along with talking about the RNC and more — there’s always plenty to talk about during an election year here in the swingiest of swing states — the event will also feature a live Q&A! That’s right, you can ask us your own questions, and we’ll be there to answer them. We’ll also be announcing more for this event in the coming weeks.
So come on out, enjoy a great conversation, ask us some questions, and share in an evening of community. We’re looking forward to recombobulating with all of you!
